CFPC Survey + Chance for $$$
Hey Queen's Residents!
This is a friendly reminder to complete the CFPC Section of Residents (SoR) national survey on Quality Improvement Education within Family Medicine across Canada, as part of the SoR Guide for Improvement of Family Medicine Training (GIFT) Project 2019.
Upon completion of the survey, you have the opportunity to submit your email to be entered into a random draw to receive a $50 prepaid Visa Card!
The survey will be open until September 27th, 2019 (1 more week). It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please note that residents can CHANGE THE LANGUAGE of the survey to FRENCH using the drop-down menu located at the top left corner of the screen.
