Queen's Med is hosting Friends of MSF: Queen’s Global Health Summit conference this year. This year they are planning on holding a suturing workshop for the undergraduate participants. If any residents are willing to volunteer to teach suturing to the delegates, the conference runs from January 26-27, with the suturing workshop taking place the afternoon of January 27th (12:30-4:30). As a reminder to our PGY-2s, don't forget to sign-up for the Spring 2018 Licensing Exam, deadline is February 1st, 2018. To do this, login to your CFPC account and click the apply for examination tab on the lower left corner of your My Account dashboard.
Just a reminder for residents to please take 10 minutes to complete the RDOC-PARO accreditation survey that was sent out on December 6th. The subject line should read "Your link to the Pre-Accreditation Questionnaire". This information is extremely important for PARO and Queens FM in getting through the accreditation process and making improvements for future residents! Deadline is January 16, 2018.
