May 19 is World Family Doctor Day. This day acknowledges the role and contribution of Family Doctors in health care systems around the world.

The Vancouver Division of Family Practice works with physicians interested in practicing in Vancouver to help match them with the clinics that best suits their practice preferences. They can also connect you to resources for licensing in BC, starting up a practice, billing support, and more.

The VDoFP is a not-for-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Health and Doctors of BC that works together with a variety of community partners and health authorities. Since they are a non-profit organization, their services are free!
